We needed a solution to a problem we had moving large computer cabinets. We hired a trolley but were unable to purchase it, so we looked at an alternative. I found a solutions and it was a FM180B lifter. The cost I was offered was ok but decided to shop around.

My internet search brought me to liftingequipmentstore.com and the unit was pinned within the result. All the information I needed to help me was displayed in a straight forward way and a photo with zoom was very helpful.

The best part was the price! Over £150 cheaper than I was originally quoted from the other company. So, I rang and Will replied within minutes. I did not have an account and wanted the unit ASAP. Will suggested the best cost option was to open an account and sent the form via email. He also checked stock and they had it. Quite often you have to wait while the supplier gets one. Within 2 hours I had the account info setup and the unit reserved.

The next day we were able to confirm all finance and availability details were confirmed. I collected the unit as I had a van in the area.

From the start to the end of my enquiry to purchase and collection, I have been very impressed with the company and the interaction from Will. I have them on my favourites bar now.

I am very pleased to see that we have a great product available for a local supplier at the right price.

Since my purchase I have seen the same unit in a catalogue from another company who specialise in this area for over twice the price I paid.

We purchased a Raptor Drum Trolley Pallet Loader from Lifting Equipment Store earlier this year. The communication and service was excellent and the item was delivered on the day specified. I certainly have no reservations in recommending Lifting Equipment Store for any lifting requirements.

For a project in Nepal, sourcing a 230V  / 1 Phase / 50 HZ  hoist from  US manufacturers proved to be very complicated.  A web search turned up Lifting Equipment Store, where those specifications are 'off the shelf.' A little nervous, but getting tight on time, I decided to try shopping in England.  What a treat!  Thanks to product knowledge, clear communications,  and just the right amount of personal service and close attention to detail,  Will Dunn, and his colleagues at LES, and the manufacturer's engineers in Switzerland fielded a hundred questions, solved problems, and delivered my hoist by air freight, on budget, and in less time than some US domestic suppliers had quoted to 'run your query through engineering.'  Simply terrific service.

Just to again thanks for your quick response to our problem.
From getting a quote late on Tuesday 06/06/17 to ordering on Wednesday 07/06/17 and then getting delivery of the Chain Hoist and fitting it on Thursday 08/06/17 is pretty good going.
 

The products I have from this site have been great. I've used them a few times, the staff are very helpful and the delivery is quick.
