The Straightpoint Wireless Compression Load Cell is taking the lifting industry by storm. By adding the straightpoint wireless system to the already popular compression load systems Straightpoint has developed a cost-effective alternative to standard load compression cells. 

 

No longer would the cables will be stopping you from getting in the way, large-scale projects can be completed in a fraction of the time that is previously required. Maintenance costs are all but eliminated due to there being no cables and connectors so there is no risk of they breaking and the flexibility of the product opens up the door to a large number of different industries including mining, energy, defence, heavy rigging, shipping, and general transportation sectors, that were previously not considered. 

 

Straightpoints wireless compression load cells are machined from high-grade stainless steel that provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance. The heavy-duty, compact load cell uses straightpoints advanced microprocessor-based electronics and benefits with high resolution and accuracy. Data transmission is handled by the straightpoint wireless systems, The Wireless Compression Load Cells are unmatched in performance and capable of a licence free transmission range of up to 700 meters. 

 

It is not until you add the powerful range of wireless accessories that the full potential of this product is realised. These accessories include a wireless signal booster and several user-friendly windows (PC) based software packages that provide a level of flexibility that is not previously known in the load monitoring industry.

 

The systems creative software solutions that allow for the calculation of the centre of gravity, the ability to data log and print detailed reports and also allow the simultaneous display and monitoring of up to 100 wireless load cells on a single PC screen.
