The Pfaff BETA SL Electric Wire Rope Winches in its standard design works permanently reliably due to the enclosed worm gear pairs or spur gears with high-quality brake motors. The short lead times are followed by long periods of operation.
The BETA SL has maintenance free work gear pairs or low maintenance spur gear with milled and ground gears that are running in an oil bath. The winches are very quiet when running by diagonal interlock. The winches also feature an electronically released spring applied disk brake and a grooved rope drum that has a large wire capacity. The winches are extremely robust and can be used in some pretty harsh environment ranging from -20˚C up to 40˚C and are fully compliant with the BGV D8 accident prevention provisions. There is a powerful three phase motor for multi-range voltage ranging from 380v-420v / 50 Hz or 440v-460v / 60Hz. There is an electronic overload protection as of 1000kg lifting load. the winches are IP55 rated.
